Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion until it starts to golden
Add the rice and stir-fry, stirring until it develops a light brown color
Dissolve the chicken bouillon tablets in boiling water and add to the rice
Mix well and cook over low heat with the lid on until the rice is cooked and fluffy
About 1 minute before removing from heat, add the toasted cashews and stir
Let it rest for 8 minutes.
