3 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of rice
1/3 cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
1 medium onion diced
1 carrot in small pieces
1 celery stalk in small pieces
1 can of vegetable selection
1 portuguese sausage, sliced
1 turkey neck in small pieces
Salt to taste

Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes on high heat, stirring
Add the chicken thighs, sausage, and celery, and cook until they are tender
Add the rice and chicken broth
Cook until the rice is tender but not mushy
Add the vegetable selection, mix, check the salt, and serve.
