Melt the butter, add the flour mixing well, then add the mushrooms and cream to the mixture, stirring constantly until thickened
Lift one side of the bread and place the meat between the unlifted sides
Place the sandwich on a plate and cover with the mushroom sauce
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and egg yolk passed through a sieve
