Crust
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons cold water

3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups cooked and chilled shrimp
1/2 cup cooked and chilled broccoli
1/2 cup cooked and chopped onion
1 cup heavy cream, fresh
2 large eggs, beaten

Crust

The crust
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C)
In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, salt, and butter
Mix until a dough forms
Add cold water and mix until a smooth dough forms
Form into a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1/8 inch
Place in a greased pie dish or cake pan, about 9 inches in diameter. Reserve
The filling
Combine all the ingredients and pour over the crust
Bake for approximately 1 hour.
