4 slices of buttery toasted puff pastry
1 can of asparagus
4 slices of prosciutto
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 egg whites whipped to snow

Preheat the oven and place the toasted puff pastry slices in a baking dish with the buttered side facing up
Top each slice with some drained asparagus spears
Place a slice of prosciutto on top
Mix the mayonnaise and red bell pepper together
Add the egg whites and mix carefully
Spread over the prosciutto, covering the entire puff pastry, and bake for 5 minutes or until the topping has golden brown spots.
