In a pressure cooker with olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic, and tomatoes until they start to break down
Add the beef, parsley, wines, and salt
Seal the pressure cooker and cook for 1 hour, starting from the moment it reaches boiling point
Remove from heat and let the pressure release
Open the lid and check the beef and seasoning
Serve with white rice.
