5 cups of all-purpose flour

100g of unsalted butter

Filling:
5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5 tablespoons of sour cream
3 tablespoons of shredded cheddar cheese
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
Salt, oil, and salsa to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, salt, and yeast
Add the warm water and mix until the dough comes together and is no longer sticky
If needed, add more flour
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut into circles, and fry in a skillet greased with butter
Filling:
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, and shredded cheese
Spread the filling over each tortilla and top with the tomato mixture seasoned with salt, oil, and salsa.
