Fry the chicken broth in 1 1/4 liters of water, toast the rice in olive oil, and when it's well dry add the chicken broth, letting it cook
Add salt and black pepper to taste
In a skillet, sauté the onion, bell peppers, and tomato in olive oil; then combine with the rice
Chop the pork and chicken meats and fry them in olive oil, adding them to the rice
Cut the fish into pieces, previously seasoned, place it on top of the rice, and let it cook
Cook the artichoke, remove its core, and mix it with the rice; add some cooked peas
Add the shrimp or mussels, cut into pieces, and let it cook
Fry the bacon and mix everything together, adding white wine, salt, and black pepper to taste.
