6 large cabbage leaves
For the filling
2 cups of cooked ham cubed
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
1 pinch of mustard powder
For the topping
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of grated Swiss cheese
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
6 large cabbage leaves
For the filling

Remove excess stem from each cabbage leaf
Place in a refrigerator and cover with plastic wrap (leave a small opening)
Microwave, high power, for 1 to 3 minutes, until the leaves become pliable. Reserve
Prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients
To assemble the rolls: divide the prepared filling among the 6 cabbage leaves
Cover the filling with the underside of each leaf
Fold in the sides and roll up
Secure with toothpicks and place in a square baking dish, 20 cm
Cover and microwave for 4 to 6 minutes, until the filling is firm
Top with the topping mixture and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, until the cheese melts
Remove the toothpicks and serve still warm
