Wash the mushrooms and slice them, if desired
Place the butter and water in a skillet and slowly fry the mushrooms
When they are tender (about 10 minutes), add the tangy cream sauce
Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has reached the desired consistency (this takes about 10 minutes)
Season with salt, pepper, or paprika.
