2 tablespoons of canola oil
'1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes'
1/2 cup of snow peas
'1/3 cup of carrot sticks'
'1/4 cup of toasted and unsalted cajun chestnuts'
'2 tablespoons of reduced-sodium soy sauce'
'2 tablespoons of orange juice'
'1/4 teaspoon of grated orange zest'
1 1/2 cups of cleaned shrimp

Mix the oil and red pepper in a skillet
Add everything except the shrimp, cook for two or three minutes, stirring constantly
Add the shrimp and let it cook for another two or three minutes (or to your liking)
