Cut 750g of vitello into thick slices. Fry a few at once in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, until they're browned. Place them on a platter. Add to the skillet 1 1/2 cups of chopped mushrooms, 2 cloves of garlic minced, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and a pinch of pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Join 4 diced tomatoes. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Serve over the vitello slices.
