4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
For the batter
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of rice flour
1 egg
2 cups of water
For the sauce
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
100g of green onion

Wash and chop the green onions into 10cm pieces
Rinse the seafood thoroughly in a brine solution, prepared with 5 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of salt
Drain well on a bamboo or wicker strainer
Chop all the seafood into small pieces
Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Reserve
Beat all the batter ingredients together with an electric mixer
Add half of the chopped seafood to the batter and mix well
Heat a large frying pan over low heat and add oil to it
Arrange the green onions on the pan and spread a conch-shaped layer of batter on top
Let it cook for a bit, then sprinkle the remaining seafood and flip to fry both sides until golden brown
Serve with the sauce.
