1 packet of active dry yeast for bread dough
1 cup of warm milk
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cooked and mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
2 cups of all-purpose flour
250g of diced cured meat
150g of grated mozzarella cheese
150g of dried cranberries

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and add sugar and salt
Add eggs, mashed sweet potato, and a spoonful of butter
Mix well and add flour gradually
Knead until a homogeneous dough forms
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough and spread the remaining butter
Divide the dough into two parts
In a greased and floured baking dish, place one part of the dough
Make a layer with the cured meat mixed with cheese and cranberries
Cover with the remaining dough and let it rise covered with a cloth for another 30 minutes
Bake in a medium preheated oven until golden brown
Serve immediately.
