Wrap the meat in plastic wrap and cut it into 3 1/2 cm pieces
Melt the butter in a pan
Add the onion and cook slightly
Season the meat with paprika, salt, and add the onion
Cook without covering the pan for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
When almost no liquid remains, add 1 cup of water, cover the pan, and cook slowly until the meat is tender, adding more water if necessary
Serve with macaroni
