Dough:
3 eggs
1 can of heavy cream
1/2 cup of cornstarch
Salt and black pepper to taste
500g cooked and mashed potatoes
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Filling:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
500g ground beef
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
Dough:

In a blender, beat the eggs, heavy cream, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper
Transfer to a bowl and incorporate the mashed potatoes and yeast
Mix until smooth and fluffy
Set aside
Filling:
In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and bell pepper until tender, then add the ground beef and cook until browned
Season with salt and black pepper
Then, remove from heat and stir in the mayonnaise
In a greased and floured loaf pan, place half of the mixture
Add the filling and cover with the remaining dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
