400 g of well-cooked cassava
1 can of cream of milk
½ xícara (chá) of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of oil
1 chopped onion
500 g of sausage cut into cubes
12 green pitted olives, chopped
3 xícaras (chá) of cooked rice
100 g of mozzarella cheese grated
½ xícara (chá) of Parmesan cheese grated

Squeeze the hot cassava through a strainer
Combine the cream of milk, milk, butter, and salt to form a purê, mixing well. Reserve
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
Brown the onion, add the sausage, olives, and rice
Season to taste and remove from heat
In a separate dish, place the cooked rice with the sausage and cover with the purê
Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese grated
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ºC until golden brown
Serve immediately.
