1/2 tablet of beef broth dissolved in 1 cup of boiling water (240 ml)
1 cup of cabbage, shredded (190 g)
1 cup of green beans, cut into pieces (125 g)

In a medium bowl, season the pork loin with salt, rosemary, thyme, and paprika
Set aside
In a 26 cm diameter microwave-safe dish, mix together olive oil, onion, and garlic, cover, and microwave on medium for 6 minutes or until the onion is soft, stirring halfway through
Add the reserved pork loin, mix well, and without covering, microwave on high for 10 minutes or until the meat is tender, stirring every 3 minutes
Add the beef broth, cabbage, and green beans, and mix well
Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Serve immediately
