Braise the prosciutto in olive oil until golden brown
Once the prosciutto is golden brown, add the chicken, cut into 8 pieces and seasoned with salt and black pepper to a pressure cooker
When the chicken is well cooked, add the garlic cloves and remove them as soon as they are golden brown
Add the white wine, tomato paste, green peppers sliced into strips, and 1 cup of chicken broth
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes
Once all the steam has escaped, open the pressure cooker and check if the sauce has reduced significantly
If not, let it cook for another 5 minutes over high heat.
