1 package of tart mix (500 g)
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
200 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
200 g of ham, sliced

Prepare the dough according to the package instructions
Line the bottom and sides of a 25 cm diameter tart pan with the remaining dough, leaving some for covering the tart after it's filled
In a skillet, melt the butter and scramble the eggs, stirring until creamy
Add the chopped parsley and season with salt
Remove from heat and let cool
Place on top of the dough in the tart pan
Cover with slices of ham and then add slices of cheese
Use the remaining dough to cover the tart, pressing the edges firmly with a fork
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden
Serve warm.
