1/4 cup (tablespoon) of strong coffee
some drops of hot pepper sauce
1 liter of milk
12 hard-boiled eggs, cut
1 kg of cooked ham, cut into small squares

Melt the butter or margarine
Add the remaining ingredients, except for the ham and eggs
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and smooth
Add the cut eggs and ham cubes
Serve hot
