2 cups of cooked black beans
2 cups of cooked white beans
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion (170g)
4 cloves of minced garlic
6 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of marjoram
1 tablespoon of oregano
Paprika to taste
3 cups of diced zucchini (390g)
4 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Saute the green pepper, onion, and garlic in a pan
Add all the other ingredients, including the beans, and season with salt
Place everything into a refractory dish with a lid and bake for 30 minutes at moderate heat (170°C)
Remove the lid, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and return to the oven until golden brown
Serve hot.
