2 medium onions, finely chopped
8 cups vegetable broth
3 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
1/2 cup small pasta for soup
4 cups fresh spinach leaves

1/2 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 slices of bacon
250 grams smoked sausage, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste

Cut the bacon into strips and fry it with the onion over low heat until golden
Add the sliced sausage and cook for 3 minutes
Add the vegetable broth, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, black pepper, salt, and potatoes
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes
Add the pasta and simmer for an additional 6 minutes
Add the spinach and continue cooking until the leaves wilt
Check the seasoning.
