Mix the shrimp, cut if too large, with the onion, breadcrumbs, parsley, and red pepper flakes
Add the salt and black pepper to the egg yolks and beat until pale yellow
Mix well with the shrimp mixture
Preheat the oven
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Combine carefully with the previous mixture
Pour into a 1 1/2 liter capacity refractory dish, without greasing, in an oven-safe pan with hot water
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes
Serve immediately.
