Chop the onions finely
Pierce the mushrooms
Melt the butter or margarine
Fry the mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes
Add the black bean mixture
Season with salt, pepper, sesame oil, and soy sauce to taste
Fry the filet mignon steaks in a little butter until desired doneness, then cover with the above mixture.
