Beat the butter or margarine well
Add the confectioner's sugar and beat until it becomes fluffy
Add the flour and mix well
Roll out to a thickness of 1 cm on a floured surface
Cut with a cookie cutter
Place in an ungreased baking sheet
Pierce with a fork
Bake in a slow oven (150°C) for about 20 minutes, or until lightly golden
Remove from the baking sheet and let cool
Make about 30 cookies.
