Mix all ingredients together and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan
Remove from heat and let rest overnight
Shape into balls, dip in beaten egg white without beating, then roll in ground almonds or hazelnuts
Bake in a preheated oven.
