a few drops of red food coloring

Beat the sugar with the eggs
Add the ice cream and flour
Mix well
Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then divide it into spoonfuls (about 1/4 cup) over an ungreased baking dish, leaving space between each cake
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F for about 15 minutes
While the cakes are baking, mix the confectioner's sugar with the brandy and red food coloring
Use a pastry bag to decorate the cakes and let them dry.
