1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 pinch of salt
To dust: 2 tablespoons granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

In a bowl, mix the butter and all-purpose flour
Add the egg and mix well
Combine the flour, yeast, and salt and mix until smooth
Mold into small balls with a spoon and place in a round refrigerator dish, leaving ample space between each cookie
If using a 20 cm diameter refrigerator, add no more than five balls of dough at a time
Dip each ball into farina (all-purpose flour) and then dust with the sugar-cinnamon mixture
Place in the microwave, on high for one minute, then turn off and wait one minute before reheating for an additional minute
Remove and let cool until crispy
