Place the flour in a bowl
Fashion a well in the center and put the eggs, salt, sugar, and softened butter
Knead
Let it rest for half an hour
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut into slices with a cup's rim, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes
Prepare the coating by melting the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, low heat
Mix well and remove from heat
Add sugar and vanilla and mix
With a spatula, spread the coating over the cookies once cooled
You can decorate them with nuts, almonds or candied fruits, but do it before the coating dries.
