Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a refrigerator, combine the caramel with the egg yolks and place in the oven to caramelize
Remove and cover with the guava mixture mixed with wine
Beat the egg whites until frothy, add the sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks form
Cover the cake and bake in the oven until golden.
