Dough:
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup of sugar, granulated
3 large eggs, at room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, pure
1 teaspoon active dry yeast, instant
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, freshly grated
Topping
3 fresh guava slices, cut into thick rounds
3 tablespoons granulated sugar, white
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, freshly grated

3 tablespoons granulated sugar, white
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon, freshly grated
Dough: In a stand mixer, beat the butter, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, yeast, and cinnamon until smooth and creamy
Pour the dough into a greased and floured cake pan
Cover the entire surface of the cake with guava slices
Mix the granulated sugar with ground cinnamon and sprinkle over the guava
Bake in a medium preheated oven.
