Preheat the oven to 220°C (very hot)
In a bowl, mix quickly all ingredients until you get a homogeneous mass
Fill 2/3 of 16 muffin tin cups with 7 cm diameter, greased with butter
Put in the preheated oven for 8 minutes or until the edges of the muffins start to brown
Do not let them burn on top
Remove from the oven, let cool and unmold
Serve with butter, honey, or ice cream of your preference
