Beat the eggs lightly, add the sugar, lime juice, and pineapple

For the tart crust, prepare a baking dish with the dough; spread the filling over it, sprinkle with small pieces of butter, and cover with the other half of the dough

Bake in a very hot oven for 10 minutes; then reduce the oven temperature to moderate and bake for another 35 minutes, or until the pineapple is cooked.
