Preheat the oven to high heat
Place oil and water in a large pot and bring to a boil
Remove from heat, add millet and mix well
Add grated cheese and eggs, mixing constantly

When the dough is uniform, fill the piping bag and shape into balls or strips on a baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven for 35 minutes or until cookies are dry.
