1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Put the milk, oil, eggs, salt, and sweet corn flour in a blender
Blend well until you get a homogeneous mixture, then pour it into a bowl
Add the grated Minas cheese and mix gently with a wooden spoon
2 Pour the mixture into greased muffin cups and place them in a baking dish
Bake until golden brown
Remove from the oven and, using a small pastry bag, drizzle a little creamy caramel on each piece
Serve immediately.
