Half a package of small macaroni (elbow or penne) (250g)
One cup of creamy grated cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
One red bell pepper, cut into small squares
One green bell pepper, cut into small squares
Eight sausages, sliced and cooked through (320g)
One cup of mayonnaise
Two tablespoons of vinegar
One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
One teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley
Optional: lettuce leaves

Cook the macaroni and drain it
Rinse in cold water and drain again
Place the macaroni in a bowl, add the cheese, bell peppers, and sausage
Mix well
Mix the mayonnaise with the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and chopped parsley
Pour over the macaroni and mix carefully
If desired, serve on lettuce leaves
Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving
Serve in 8 portions.
