4 cups of wheat flour

1/2 cup of chopped green peppers
4 banana slices cut lengthwise

1 In a bowl, combine the flour, yeast, oil, milk, and eggs
2 Work the dough until it's smooth and easy to handle
Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes
Filling
In a pan, heat the oil and cook the ground beef until all the liquid is gone
Add the onion, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce
Cook for 5 minutes and sprinkle with green peppers
Turn off the heat and let it cool
Assembly
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
Reserve 1/4 of the dough
Roll out the rest of the dough with a rolling pin, line the bottom and sides of a 25 cm diameter removable cake pan with the remaining dough
2 Place the ground beef and top with banana slices
Roll out the remaining dough and cover the cake
Brush with beaten egg and bake in the oven
Bake for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
