Step 1: Simultaneously boil the chorizo and fava three times
Step 2: Place the fava in a pot, cover it with water, and cook until slightly tender
Then add the cooked chorizo to the fava
Add more water if needed
When boiling, add the crispy bacon and bell peppers
Step 3: Combine the tomato, onion, paprika, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper
Cook for 1 hour and serve with rice.
