500g of green beans
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion diced into cubes
3 cloves of garlic minced
3 tomatoes peeled and seeded, cut into cubes
2 slices of bacon, cut into strips
2 tablespoons of hot pepper sauce
1 cup of vegetable broth
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

Cook the green beans until tender
In a separate pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent
Add the tomatoes, bacon, hot pepper sauce, and simmer for 3 minutes
Add the cooked green beans and vegetable broth
Season with salt if needed
Simmer for an additional 20 minutes
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley
Serve immediately with farofa and rice
