Dough:
1 yeast tablet (15 g)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 eggs
4 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour.
Filling:
200 g of smoked salmon, finely chopped
150 g of crispy bacon, crumbled
150 g of grated provolone cheese
1 egg yolk for brushing
Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

In a bowl, combine the yeast with the salt and water
Mix the milk, oil, eggs, and gradually add the flour
Work the dough until it comes away from your hands
If necessary, add more flour
Knead and reserve until it has doubled in size
Filling:
Mix the salmon, bacon, and cheese
Open the dough and fill with the mixture
Shape into a ring, place in a greased mold, and let sit for 20 minutes
Then, bake in a preheated oven at 200°C
When it starts to brown, remove from the oven, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Return to the oven until cooked.
