In a pressurized pan, combine the wild meat, garlic, salt, and 2 cups of water
Bring to high heat and, when the pressure starts, reduce the heat and let cook for 50 minutes
Remove from heat, let cool, remove the meat and shred it
In a pan with oil, fry the onion for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and the shredded meat
Let cook for 15 minutes to refine the flavor of the meat
Cut each slice in half lengthwise and fill with the meat
Serve warm.
