1/4 cup (stick) of butter

1 diced tomato without peel
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
Salt to taste

Melt the butter and sauté the onion until it becomes translucent
Add the beef and season with salt
Cook the beef until it browns on all sides
Add the mustard, ketchup, black pepper, and diced tomato
Simmer until a thick sauce forms
If necessary, add warm water by the spoonful
When the sauce is thick and the beef is tender, add the mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup
Stir for one minute
Remove from heat and serve.
