400 g of ground beef
1 small clove of garlic, finely chopped
Some sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped

2 eggs
Wheat flour
2 tablets of beef broth powder
4 cups of water
3 diced tomatoes
A sprig of rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons of uncooked rice

Mix the ground beef with the garlic, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and pepper
Add the egg
Form 32 small balls; dust with wheat flour
In a pot, combine the beef broth powder, water, tomatoes, rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of salt
Bring to a boil
Add the meatballs and uncooked rice
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes
Just before serving, stir in the remaining egg that has been lightly beaten with a fork
Serve in four portions
