3 large raw sweet potatoes, peeled and grated
6 cups of chicken broth
1/2 cup of agria (a type of sweet pepper)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the sweet potato in the chicken broth in a covered pot until it's tender
Drain the sweet potatoes
Pass them through a sieve and return them to the broth
Let it simmer, then add the finely chopped agria and let it cook slowly
Mix the eggs with the milk
Place it in a soup tureen and pour the hot soup on top
Stir and serve
Serves 4-6 people.
