Add the butter and milk to the hot potatoes
Beat until the mixture is smooth and light
Add the salt, black pepper, nutmeg, cheese, and egg whites
Mix well
Add the whipped cream
Place in a greased pie dish
Bake at medium temperature for 40 minutes
Serve warm, sliced into 4 to 6 portions.
