Beat the whites until fluffy
Beat the yolks until thickened and pale
Combine the flour, salt, seasonings, and water
Add the whites, stirring carefully
Pour 1/4 of the batter into a greased skillet and cook both sides until golden
Repeat with the remaining batter
Make 4 omelets.
