Five lightly beaten eggs

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well until the dough comes together and can be handled
Preheat the oven to a high temperature
Shape small fritters (or rings, if preferred) and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving some space between each one
Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
