Beat all the ingredients, except for the flour, in a blender
Pour the mixture into a bowl and gradually add the flour until you get a sticky dough, but not too runny
Let it rest for an hour, until the dough doubles in volume
Use this dough to shape balls of 2 cm diameter and place them alongside each other in greased baking pans
Leave about 2 cm space between each ball
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 20 minutes, or until the cakelets are lightly golden brown
Note: When shaping the balls with the dough, dip your hands in wheat flour to make it easier
You should end up with around 70 cakelets
