In a bowl, combine the rapid mix and sugar
Mix well
Set aside
Mix the egg with milk or water
Join together with dry ingredients and mix well
Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes
Grease a non-stick pan lightly with oil, heat it up, and fry the crêpes using 2 tablespoons of batter per each
Make them thick enough for breakfast or as a snack
Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, flipping to brown both sides
Make approximately 10 crêpes with a diameter of 10 cm
